By activating, accessing, or using the InstantFlow Enterprise Messaging Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Client") and InstantFlow ("the Company").

01 Nature of Service

The InstantFlow platform is a professional enterprise-grade messaging and customer engagement system powered exclusively by the InstantFlow Proprietary System. This service is fundamentally distinct from standard consumer WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business applications.

InstantFlow is purpose-built for corporations, financial institutions, e-commerce enterprises, digital agencies, real estate firms, and other professional organizations requiring high-volume, compliant, and structured business communication at scale.

Important: The InstantFlow Proprietary System operates through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API infrastructure. Your business communication will be presented with the authority and professional appearance associated with enterprise-level brands — comparable to banks, national courier services, and telecom operators.

02 Onboarding Requirements

To successfully provision your enterprise messaging environment, the following mandatory prerequisites must be fulfilled prior to activation:

03 Platform Capabilities & Limitations

The InstantFlow Enterprise Platform supports the following communication channels and enforces the following technical parameters:

  • Unlimited broadcast text messaging to opted-in contact lists
  • Unlimited high-resolution image broadcasting and media campaigns
  • Structured business messaging with professional account identity
  • Automated response flows and 24/7 chatbot engagement
  • Live agent handoff and multi-agent inbox management

Technical Constraints (inherent to the Meta WhatsApp Business API):

04 Messaging Window & Client SLA

The Meta WhatsApp Business API enforces a 24-Hour Customer Service Window — a regulatory constraint applicable to all businesses operating on the API tier. Clients are required to understand and comply with the following SLA obligations:

05 Unlimited Broadcasting Package

InstantFlow offers an Unlimited Messaging Package as an optional add-on to the base service subscription. Clients electing this tier should note:

06 Technical Support & Incident Management

InstantFlow provides dedicated technical support to all active clients. In the event of a platform incident, service degradation, or technical anomaly, Clients are required to:

07 Financial Terms & Refund Policy

The service fee structure encompasses all costs associated with delivering the InstantFlow enterprise solution, including but not limited to:

Service Cancellation & Refund Terms:

All recurring monthly billing obligations cease immediately upon confirmed cancellation. No future charges will be applied.

Non-Refundable Components

Setup fees, Meta API provisioning charges, onboarding costs, applicable taxes, and third-party service fees are strictly non-refundable.

Goodwill Refund: As a commitment to client satisfaction, InstantFlow will issue a 15% goodwill refund on the total amount paid in the event of service discontinuation, provided the cancellation is made in good faith and does not arise from a breach of these Terms by the Client.

08 Service Activation Recommendation

InstantFlow strongly recommends that first-time Clients begin with a single-seat activation to properly evaluate the platform's capabilities, workflow integrations, and business impact prior to scaling.

09 Liability, Compliance & Acceptable Use

The Client assumes full and sole responsibility for all content transmitted, all campaigns executed, and all communications conducted through the InstantFlow platform. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

Liability Disclaimer: InstantFlow bears no responsibility for any account restrictions, suspensions, or penalties imposed by Meta or any regulatory authority arising from the Client's violation of platform policies, misuse of the system, engagement in spam activity, or any illegal operations. All such consequences and associated liabilities rest exclusively with the Client.

10 Policy Amendments & Service Updates

InstantFlow reserves the unilateral right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions, service pricing, platform features, or operational policies at any time without prior written notice. Such changes may be necessitated by:

Continued use of the InstantFlow platform following any policy update constitutes the Client's acceptance of the revised terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to competent jurisdiction as mutually agreed upon between InstantFlow and the Client.
